Games for Change in partnership with Microsoft is hosting the first-ever Minecraft Education Curriculum Hackjam on July 30 in New York City. We are pleased to invite you to apply to be part of this daylong workshop, which will bring teachers together with subject experts and Minecraft mentors to build new curricula using Minecraft: Education Edition.
The Hackjam is being hosted as part of the 14th annual Games for Change Festival and Games for Learning Summit, which take place at Parsons School of Design at The New School on July 31–August 1. The Hackjam will kickoff at 10am on July 30th at the Theresa Lang Center at Parsons with a Minecraftplay session, followed by lunch and group work sessions. The event will end at 5pm. We invite you to come use your expertise to create a lesson plan in Minecraft: Education Edition to be used by educators around the world.
