Spotlight: Jefferson Awards Foundation

Jefferson Awards Foundation (JAF) is America’s gold seal in public service. JAF believes engaging in social good inspires purpose and drives lasting solutions for our communities and the nation. The country’s most prestigious and longest standing public service award, JAF shares the stories of America’s best citizens. Their five programs accelerate and amplify public service. They deliver tools for collective engagement and empower anyone to make an impact. They train and activate Americans to take action and to be leaders in schools, communities, workplaces and the world, empowering them to do more and inspiring all to take action.

“Being that we are an organization that believes in the leadership and voice of young people to build a better world around us, our Pathfinders interns truly brought theses values to life. We are so grateful for the ways our teams of students have contributed and brought their unique energy to the organization, locally in New York City and nationwide.” – Elizabeth Kennedy, National Director, GlobeChangers, Jefferson Awards Foundation
