Ernst & Young

“It’s a great program. I think it’s a tremendous opportunity that we’re allowing the students to work in a corporate environment and it’s a win-win situation for all.  The students have benefited from the internships by having a mentor, having assigned responsibilities, exposure to an office environment and being provided the opportunity to perform hands on technical tasks\duties.  It was rewarding for us to see how much they contributed and the relationships they built during their internship with us.”

Students in the SEP Pathfinders program have provided day to day technology support to EY employees, working with the IT Services organization as part of the On-site Services team.  Several operational duties included performing desktop support to employees of the firm utilizing Service Now, configuring laptop devices and performing hardware setups and repairs. The students also assisted in performing duties in maintaining the technology inventory of hardware.  Some of the projects the students have been involved with include: Laptop refresh and assisting with office expansion technology setups.
